Growth Partner ยท 2 spots

Shopify SEO where my fee grows only when your organic revenue does

A flat $2,000 a month, plus 10% of the non-brand organic revenue you make above the same month last year. I work with two Shopify brands at a time and do the work myself. If organic revenue is flat, you pay the base fee and nothing else.

  • For Shopify and Shopify Plus stores already making $30k+ a month from organic search
  • Measured in your own GA4, against the same month last year
  • Paid ads, email, social and branded search never count toward my share

Two partner spots at a time. When both are filled, new applicants go on a waitlist.

The math

You pay a share of growth, never a share of what you already had

Each month we pull non-brand organic revenue from GA4 and compare it with the same month last year. My share is 10% of the difference. Comparing month to the same month keeps Black Friday, holidays and other seasonal swings from inflating the number.

Example

A store doing $60,000 a month from non-brand organic

Same month last year: $60,000. This month: $78,000. Growth: $18,000.

Your bill: $2,000 base + $1,800 share = $3,800. You keep $16,200 of the new revenue.

The work

Everything in my top retainer, aimed at one number

  • Technical fixes: duplicate product URLs, filter and tag pages Google crawls instead of your products, and Product schema conflicts from your theme and review apps
  • Collection cleanup, plus new collection pages built around the searches that actually buy
  • Citation-optimized content so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite your products
  • A monthly GA4 report showing the baseline, the growth and the share, so the invoice checks itself
  • A weekly call for the first 90 days, then every two weeks

Schema and Search Console errors usually clear in 2-4 weeks. AI citations typically show up 60-90 days after implementation. Ranking gains from collections and content take 3-6 months, which is what the base fee covers.

FAQs

Questions about the partner model

What’s the minimum term?

6 months. SEO takes 3-6 months to compound, and the share only makes sense once it does. After that it runs month to month with 30 days’ notice.

What counts as non-brand organic revenue?

Revenue GA4 attributes to organic search, minus branded traffic. We agree on exactly how branded traffic is excluded in week one and write it into the agreement, so there’s nothing to argue about at invoice time.

What if growth comes from something you didn’t do?

One-off spikes like a press feature, a viral product or a launch driven by ads can be excluded. We agree on any exclusion before the invoice goes out, not after.

What if organic revenue goes down?

You pay the $2,000 base and no share. The share is only ever charged on growth above last year.

How is the share invoiced?

Monthly, the month after the revenue lands, from a GA4 report we both have access to.

Why only two spots?

I do the work myself. Two partners is the most I can give the attention this model needs.

Every partnership starts with the free Revenue Leak audit

I run 8 minutes of analysis on your store before we talk, then we spend 20 minutes on what it found. If the numbers work for both of us, I send the partner terms. If they don’t, you keep the written summary.
