I find the revenue hiding in a site’s technical & content gaps.
Technical SEO, structured data, and content strategy for DTC ecommerce brands and law firms. I diagnose what is throttling organic growth, then map the exact fixes, content, and architecture that move rankings and revenue. Every number below is pulled from live Ahrefs and first-party GA4 data.
Selected work
DTC / EcommerceShopify-heavy DTC brands where the growth lever was almost always structural: duplicated schema, keyword cannibalization, or content that was never built. Metrics are live Ahrefs footprints unless a card is labeled first-party GA4.
Duplicate Product schema was quietly disqualifying the store from review rich results. I traced the conflicting rating markup to its source and cleared the path back to star ratings in search.
The problem
Product pages carried two competing Product schemas, one from the theme and one injected by Judge.me, producing multiple aggregate ratings on a single page, the exact conflict that makes Google drop review stars. The homepage also hard-coded a Product block with a fixed 1,401-review rating, a structured-data policy risk that can trigger manual action.
What I did
- Full structured-data audit across templates to isolate every rating source
- Consolidated to a single, valid Product schema per page
- Flagged and specified removal of the sitewide hard-coded review block
- Documented a review-schema policy that keeps rich-result eligibility clean

A niche fragrance house that read as technically sound but commercially invisible. First-party GA4 now shows organic revenue up 121 percent year over year.
The problem
Every traffic-driving keyword was the brand name. Non-brand category terms sat stranded on page two to five, all 401 products shipped without an H1, and 175 collections were riddled with thin near-duplicates. Semrush was dry too, so estimates alone would never tell the story.
What I did
- Built the multilingual keyword and mapping foundation across UK, Germany, Poland, France, Spain and Italy
- Specified H1s for 620 blank pages plus the one template fix that cascades to every collection
- Deduplicated 175 collections and merged pack sizes into product variants
- Set the hreflang architecture across the .com, .co.uk, /de and /pl surfaces
- Built reporting that isolates agency-driven non-brand organic from branded demand, GA4 as source of truth

Built a bottom-of-funnel recipe content engine off live Search Console demand. Every draft ships schema-ready to compete for recipe rich results next to the buy button.
The play
Mined Search Console for high-intent recipe queries a seafood buyer actually searches, then stood up a repeatable content engine to capture that bottom-of-funnel demand with recipes that send readers straight to product. Nine of the first twelve drafts landed with valid Recipe schema for rich-result eligibility.
The fix underneath
- Diagnosed Yotpo injecting empty AggregateRating markup on blog pages
- Traced it to Google-flagged critical structured-data errors
- Specified clean Recipe and Article markup for the content template
- Prioritized topics by commercial intent, not just search volume

A mature, high-authority cookware brand where the lever was monetization, not more traffic. First-party GA4 shows organic revenue up 116 percent year over year, from $1.14M to $2.47M.
The problem
Organic sessions were essentially flat year over year, so chasing more raw traffic would not move the number that mattered. On a site already carrying strong authority, the job was to earn more revenue from the audience already arriving and to defend category rankings against well-funded competitors.
What I did
- Ran a monthly content engine, SEO posts briefed from content-gap analysis and mapped to priority keywords
- Built an editorial-grade link profile, up to 10 placements a month across Food & Wine, NYT, Forbes and TIME
- Worked a recurring content-gap program on the titanium cookware cluster to close ranking gaps
- Strengthened E-E-A-T through the Thomas Keller and chef-authority pages
- Held technical, schema and on-page fixes to a 93 out of 100 site-health baseline

A 45k-volume head term stuck at #10 because two pages competed for it. A full audit scored the store 73/100 and named cannibalization as the single highest-leverage fix.
The diagnosis
“Titanium cutting board” (about 45k monthly searches) sat at position 10 while two internal pages split relevance signals for it. The store was otherwise best-in-class on AI-search readiness, with UCP, llms.txt and agents.md all in place, so the ceiling was structural, not authority.
What I did
- Full 73/100 technical and content audit with a ranked fix list
- Identified the cutting-board cannibalization as the number-one revenue lever
- Verified elite agentic and GEO readiness, a genuine competitive moat
- Sequenced fixes by traffic value, not effort

The law-firm practice
Legal SEO · 20+ firmsA repeatable diagnostic I run before a firm spends on a rebuild: the Rebuild Readiness Scoreboard. It scores a site 1 to 5 across seven dimensions, benchmarks structure against a proven template, and returns a clear rebuild-or-optimize call, so budget goes where it compounds.
